Website v1

Accessibility

Rink-n-Dink™ intends for its website to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible while the project and digital experience continue to develop.

Accessibility practices in this website

Website v1 is being built with semantic headings, keyboard-accessible navigation and forms, visible focus indicators, readable color contrast, explicit form labels and validation messages, and meaningful alternative text for content images.

Motion and visual effects

The Rink-n-Dink visual identity includes energetic and Glow-inspired elements, but those effects should not prevent content from being read or used. The site honors the browser or operating system preference for reduced motion by minimizing nonessential animation and transitions.

Ongoing development

Accessibility is treated as part of the website foundation rather than a one-time launch task. As new features such as booking, memberships, waivers, schedules, or customer accounts are added in later phases, their accessibility will need to be evaluated as well.

Report an accessibility problem

If you encounter a barrier or need help accessing information on the Rink-n-Dink website, email steven@rinkndink.comand describe the page or feature involved.
