Website v1
Privacy
This page explains how the development-stage Rink-n-Dink™ website handles information submitted through its community-interest and business-partnership forms.
Information we collect
The Join the Interest List form may collect your name, email address, ZIP code, age range, activity interests, community or group type, whether you would visit from outside Alexandria/Pineville, optional comments, and your choice to receive development updates.
The Business & Partnership Inquiries form may collect your name, organization or company, email address, optional phone number, inquiry type, and message.
How we use submitted information
We use submitted information for project updates, community-interest measurement, program planning, market and geographic demand analysis, requested follow-up, and appropriate business or partnership conversations related to the Rink-n-Dink development project.
We do not sell submitted personal information.
How Website v1 stores submissions
Validated form submissions are sent through a server-side website endpoint to a protected Google Apps Script integration. Accepted submissions are stored in a controlled Rink-n-Dink Google Sheets workbook. A concise notification may also be sent to the project email address so new submissions can be reviewed and followed up.
The public browser does not receive the private shared credential used between the website server and the Google integration.
Website analytics
Website v1 may use privacy-conscious aggregate site analytics to understand visits and page engagement. Form contents are not sent as analytics event properties.
Information we intentionally do not request
Website v1 does not ask the interest forms for birth dates, home street addresses, payment-card information, bank information, or other financial credentials.
